Communications Committee
The committee is appointed by the Board of Directors and reports directly to the Board. The committee is to provide leadership and organizational talents necessary in establishing the community website and oversee the quarterly WHF eNewsletter as well as any other community affecting event notices sent out over the eNewsletter distribution list. All correspondence and website maintenance will be done by the WHF Webmaster.
The goal of the committee is to provide up to date community news and events which are geared to the interests and needs of the members of the community.
The committee shall consist of a Chairperson, a Co-Chair, the Webmaster and an adequate number of members to cover the committee's responsibilities.
A written report to the Board and membership, as required, to keep them abreast of changes, developments, and the committee activity.
Chair or appointed representative to attend regularly scheduled Board meetings. Committee meetings, as required, to carry out the committee's responsibilities. Minutes are to be kept of each meeting and will be provided upon written request.
